The Brief
What we were asked to do
Scholars Court is a gated residential development of 34 luxury one- and two-bedroom apartments and penthouses in Guildford. The communal stairwells, boundary walls and walkways had visible moss, algae and general grime build-up, the result of shaded, damp conditions typical of enclosed courtyard developments. GCS Services Ltd was instructed to carry out a full exterior jet wash and soft-wash clean across all communal areas.
